Support Coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in your NDIS plan.
We know that receiving an NDIS plan and funding can be very overwhelming. It can be difficult to know how and where to spend the money you’ve been allocated for supports, as well as understand the rules. We will work closely with you to help take away the stress, build your skills and ability to access the supports you need to enable you to live the life you choose. We will link you to community, mainstream and government services to optimise your plan, and help you to achieve your NDIS goals. |
