We are committed to supporting individuals from falling through the gaps.We have an Auslan speaking Support Coordinator who specialises in supporting participants who are deaf or hard of hearing.
We know that receiving an NDIS plan and funding can be very overwhelming. It can be difficult to know how and where to spend the money you’ve been allocated for supports, as well as understand the rules. We will work closely with you to help take away the stress, build your skills and ability to access the supports you need to enable you to live the life you choose. We will link you to community, mainstream and government services to optimise your plan, and help you to achieve your NDIS goals. |
