Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2025–2028
Grace Professional Services is proud to commence our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for July 2025 to June 2028. This is an important step in strengthening our commitment to reconciliation and building meaningful, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations.
In the spirit of reconciliation Grace Professional Services acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today.
Our Innovate RAP provides a framework for meaningful and practical action. It builds on our commitment to reconciliation and sets out clear goals and actions that will help us strengthen relationships, deepen cultural understanding, create opportunities and embed reconciliation within the way Grace Professional Services operates.
We recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey and a shared responsibility. Through genuine partnerships, cultural learning, employment and professional development opportunities, inclusive procurement, and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations, we aim to make a positive and lasting contribution.
At Grace Professional Services, we understand the importance of culturally safe, inclusive and respectful environments. We are committed to ensuring that our services, workplaces and professional relationships recognise and respect the diverse experiences, cultures, strengths and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our Innovate RAP is more than a document. It is a commitment to action, accountability and continuous learning. Over the next two years, we will work collaboratively with our team, clients, stakeholders, community partners and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to progress the actions outlined in our RAP and strengthen reconciliation across our organisation.
We acknowledge and thank everyone who has contributed to the development of our Innovate RAP. We look forward to continuing this important journey with openness, respect and a commitment to meaningful change.
